CASEL seeks nominations of effective, replicable programs and approaches that enhance students’ social, emotional, and academic competence in preschool through grade 12. Nominees will be considered for inclusion in a systematic review, to be published and broadly disseminated in to educators, policymakers, and researchers across the United States.
The review will include universal programs and educational models for use with all students during the regular school day. We seek programs and models that
- are codified in a set of written materials,
- provide professional development opportunities for new implementers,
- have been replicated in multiple sites, and
- have at least one evaluation showing positive impact on student behavior and/or academic outcomes.
